Key Features and Benefits

  1. Our Aviaries are TALLER! - Most aviaries on the market top out at around 180cm high—ours with the insulated sloped roof stand tall at a full 220cm. That’s basically 40cm or an extra foot (+ a bit) for free. At over 20% taller than most standard aviaries, it’s the kind of difference you notice straight away.
  2. Built Tough for Aussie Conditions - Built tough with galvanised, double welded, powder coated steel frames, Colourbond metal as standard and galvanised Powdercoated wire mesh (as standard) compared to other products on the market that have NO Powdercoating at all. Most Chinese imported cages are just powdercoated over raw (non-galvanised metal) and they rust from the inside out. Habitat Outdoor Bird Aviaries are ready for harsh Aussie conditions and won't rust.
  3. Warmer in the Winter and Cooler in Summer - We use Aluminium Insulated Roof Panelling as standard (others charge you $100s extra)  Unpredictable weather, hot sun, cold rain, whatever rolls through—our Insulated Roof handles it.
  4. MODULAR so they will expand with your hobby - This modular aviary system lets you extend as needed—add panels, increase length, or scale it up as your needs grow. No ripping everything out and starting again.
  5. EASY to Set Up - And when it comes to putting it together—no dramas. It’s quicker and easier to assemble than a flat-pack garden shed because our panels ARE NOT a box of components which need to be assembled before you even start to erect the enclosure. Everything lines up, bolts together properly and before you know it, you’ve got a solid aviary standing there looking great......without owing old mate Tradie down the road a slab.

Room to Move

This is the kind of aviary setup that makes bird keeping feel easy—more flying space, less crowding and birds that have room to behave naturally. Not cramped up in a tiny cage, but lots of space to perch, move and settle in.

This Bird Aviary gives birds a longer run to stay active and comfortable, making it a great medium to large option for backyard bird keepers who want something practical and good-looking.

Looks Good Anywhere

At 118cm wide x 359cm deep x 220cm high, this aviary fits neatly along a fence line, side yard, or boundary without taking over the whole backyard—but honestly, it looks too good to hide.

Clean lines, solid build and a powdercoated and colourbond finish makes it something you’ll be proud to show off.

Better for Breeding

For breeders, the extra length makes all the difference. More room means birds can pair up, nest and settle with less stress, creating a calmer and healthier breeding environment.

It also makes daily checks easier—feed, nesting, behaviour and general condition are all simple to keep an eye on without too much disruption. Less hassle for you, better results for your birds.

Lock In a Rock-Solid Base

The Habitat Concrete Former helps give your enclosure a rock-solid foundation that stays put. Your enclosure is already built tough, but adding a concrete base gives you extra stability—especially if you’re dealing with strong winds, exposed yards or uneven ground.

It bolts together easily, your enclosure fixes straight to it, and once the concrete is poured, everything locks in nice and solid. You also get a cleaner, more practical setup, with a smooth surface that makes sweeping out mess and wash-downs far easier.

Strong, tidy and built for long-term peace of mind. Available in two sizes to suit your setup.
